A logic level matching circuit in a communication circuit

Aiming at the problems of using optocouplers to achieve logic level matching in current communication circuit, there are many components, high cost, and requirements for component parameters. Based on basic circuit matching, this paper combines The research principle triode switch, Schottky diode’s unidirectional conduction low voltage drop characteristics, introduces a inter-module with switch isolation function circuits. Through verification relevant experiments such as functionality, stability reliability, has simple structure stable performance, is very suitable use circuits between modules different levels.
